Eureka Springs wildlife artist Susan Morrison beams when she talks about children who came to see her Animal Tracks solo exhibit at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. The environmental education program Animal Tracks, supported by Wal-Mart and adopted by the National Wildlife Federation, was used in Washington schools, she explains. So students bused to the exhibit ran to point out "their" animals, familiar to them from posters in their schools."They had ownership of this art," she says. "It moved us to tears."Starting this weekend, a retrospective of Morrison's work titled "America's Wildlife and Wildlands: The Journeys of Susan Morrison" is on show through Feb. 24 at Crystal Bridges at the Massey in Bentonville. The exhibit, featuring Morrison's acclaimed etchings and drawings of wildlife and wildlands from across the United States, will get a family-friendly kickoff Saturday.

Reign of Terror - The South Hill Rapist

The next day I see on the front of the paper that he is due for release and I was shocked. How could they release this man back into society? I feel that kevin coe got off lightly on his convictions and my heart goes out to all the women who will never get justice for what was done to them. I think kevin coe could be the poster boy for chemical castration for what he did. He is a truly a sick individual and at the least should be locked away getting psychiatric help for the rest of his life.

Sex scandal rocks A.G.

He sold the ring for $4,750 in Mission and deposited the cash in a joint account with his wife, according to Carter's statement.

Morrison later told Carter that he was still interested in her and possibly wanted to have a child together.

Carter stayed at Morrison's apartment in Topeka several times in April and May. By the end of June, Morrison was to have moved completely out of the residence in Lenexa that he shared with his wife. He didn't, so Carter gave up her Lawrence apartment and moved back to her Roeland Park residence.

In July, however, Morrison told Carter they should get married.

According to Carter, Morrison regularly questioned her about progress by Kline's staff in prosecuting the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic. Kline filed 107 misdemeanor and felony charges against the Johnson County clinic.

Rescuers Find Body At Site Of Garage Collapse

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Rescue crews found a body Saturday amid the rubble of a Jacksonville parking garage that partially collapsed earlier this week.

The body was discovered at about 3 a.m. Jacksonville Fire and Rescue director Dan Kleiman said it could take several hours until the body can be extracted and the victim identified.

Rescuers had since Thursday been searching for Willie Edwards III, a missing construction worker believed to be trapped under the concrete debris. Kleiman said although he cannot confirm who the body is, Edwards' family has been informed about the development.

The garage, which was under construction for a riverfront condominium complex, collapsed on Thursday around 6 a.m. Workers had been pouring concrete on the garage's sixth floor when the front half collapsed, leaving the skeleton of the back half standing.
